Shipping Policy

Orders placed on Suidhagha.pk are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

We use PostEx Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary courier service for deliveries across Pakistan.

Important Note

Customers are kindly advised that under COD regulations, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier.

You may only open the package after full payment and confirmation of receipt with the delivery representative.

If you wish to return your order, please notify us after payment. You can then return the item to us at your own shipping cost for an exchange or a refund.

We request that customers do not ask the courier to open the parcel before payment, as this is strictly against COD policy in Pakistan.
